Job Summary
The Welder at Screen Machine Industries LLC is responsible for accurately and efficiently performing welding operations to fabricate metal components according to specifications. Essential Responsibilities
- Perform welding operations using MIG, or other welding methods as required.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to carry out welding tasks accurately.
- Prepare surfaces for welding by cleaning and positioning materials appropriately.
- Inspect welded components for quality, strength, and conformity to specifications.
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Collaborate with production team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Assist in troubleshooting fabrication issues as needed.
