We are looking for a Workday Analyst to join our team, focused on supporting and optimising our Workday platform following its successful implementation. This role is centred on ensuring Workday is effectively maintained, continuously improved, and fully leveraged to deliver value across the business.

This role would suit someone with strong Workday experience, keen attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, who is confident working across teams, owning system improvements, and maximising the impact of the platform.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain and optimise the Workday platform, ensuring data integrity, system accuracy, and effective support for HR, Finance, and other business teams
  • Configure and enhance Workday functionality, including business processes, workflows, and reporting to meet evolving business needs
  • Act as a key point of contact for Workday support, troubleshooting issues and providing guidance to stakeholders across HR, Finance, and wider teams
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve system adoption, streamline processes, and identify opportunities for automation within Workday
  • Develop and maintain Workday documentation and standard operating procedures, ensuring consistent and effective use of the platform globally
  • Produce and optimise Workday reporting and analytics, delivering insights to HR, Finance, and other stakeholders
  • Perform regular system audits and data validation checks within Workday, ensuring compliance with internal controls and data governance standards
  • Support ongoing Workday releases, enhancements, and new functionality, working with internal teams and external partners as needed
  • Drive continuous improvement of Workday, enhancing user experience, standardising processes, and maximising value across the organisation
