Cotswold Energy Group is an exciting, profitable company within a large growth sector supplying decarbonisation solutions to the domestic and commercial markets.
The company was founded by three childhood friends with the ethos of providing straightforward, transparent solutions to help customers harness the benefits of renewable technologies. As we have grown, this ethos has stayed at the heart of how we operate, and we promote a culture of support and togetherness whilst striving to be the best in the category.
We design and install renewable energy technologies, including ASHP, GSHP, WSHP and Solar PV, along with all associated building services.
We work with both Public and Private Sector clients, and our projects range from domestic residences through to commercial buildings, leisure centres, and education facilities.
We are seeking a Bid Coordinator (or Junior Bid Manager, depending on experience) to manage and coordinate tender submissions across commercial renewable and M&E projects.
The role will focus on coordinating high-quality, compliant, and commercially aligned tender submissions.
This is a highly collaborative role requiring coordination across Sales, Technical, Commercial, Operational, and Health & Safety teams.
Projects typically include:
路 Public sector decarbonisation projects
路 Heat pump installations
路 Solar PV systems
路 Energy infrastructure projects
路 Mechanical & Electrical works
You will be involved in working with our portals and other sources to identify, write and co-ordinate responses to tenders across the business.
You will take responsibility for everything from creating document libraries, reporting, ensuring answers are technically correct, working with leadership and engineers to ensure CEG is well-positioned to win new work.
This role would suit someone with a background in bidding, or a recent construction or engineering graduate with experience in writing tenders, who wants to join a fast-growing renewables business.
