Cotswold Energy Group is an exciting, profitable company within a large growth sector supplying decarbonisation solutions to the domestic and commercial markets.

The company was founded by three childhood friends with the ethos of providing straightforward, transparent solutions to help customers harness the benefits of renewable technologies. As we have grown, this ethos has stayed at the heart of how we operate, and we promote a culture of support and togetherness whilst striving to be the best in the category.

We design and install renewable energy technologies, including ASHP, GSHP, WSHP and Solar PV, along with all associated building services.

We work with both Public and Private Sector clients, and our projects range from domestic residences through to commercial buildings, leisure centres, and education facilities.

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced, high-performing Project Manager to oversee commercial renewable energy projects, particularly heat pumps and solar. The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial M&E, renewable energy or the construction industry.

This role will involve managing projects from the point of sale through to client handover and beyond, ensuring their successful delivery. It's an exciting opportunity to join a company that places social responsibility at its core, where each day presents new challenges and opportunities to work on a diverse range of projects.

  • Financial Oversight: Review the financial aspects of projects to ensure budgets and financial targets are met, supported by the commercial team.
  • Project Meetings: Lead and chair regular project meetings to monitor progress and resolve any issues.
  • Reporting: Keep senior management and clients updated on project progress through regular reporting.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all health and safety standards are maintained throughout the project.
  • Documentation: Ensure that all required regulatory, client-specific, and internal documentation is completed and submitted on time.
