The role

Are you ready to join an innovative and dynamic organisation redefining the future of education? This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a passionate and forward-thinking team, driving impactful change and shaping the educational landscape for future generations. You’ll have the unique privilege of helping to support White Rose Education’s vision of empowering educators, enhancing student outcomes and expanding our reach and impact globally.

We’re on the lookout for a passionate Marketing & Campaigns Manager to help shape the future of education for children across the world. If you’ve got the enthusiasm, expertise, and a flair for delivering impactful campaigns, we want to hear from you!

Working as our Marketing & Campaigns Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning and delivering our marketing and communications activity. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, social, PR and events. You’ll ensure our messaging is clear, consistent and teacher-focused, while managing multiple projects and stakeholders across the organisation.

This is a hands-on role combining strategic oversight with day-to-day delivery. You’ll also take the lead on key events, PR activity, internal communications, website content and agency management - helping to strengthen our brand and deepen our engagement with schools and partners.

Could it be you?

You will need to be a great team player, as excellent teamwork is at the heart of everything we do. You’ll be a positive thinker, willing to flex, adapt and go the extra mile. A natural ability to build strong professional relationships, communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities with organisation and confidence is essential.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy bringing campaigns to life, and take pride in delivering high-quality work that makes a real difference. This role will be immensely rewarding, and you will relish the opportunity to support schools and help transform outcomes for children.
