Residential Sales Consultant (Design Consultant) Renewal by Andersen - Greater Ottawa /Kingston Full-Time | Commission-Based | Paid Training Renewal by Andersen is the custom window and door replacement division of Andersen Corporation, a name trusted since 1903. As a Design Consultant, you’ll meet with prospective customers throughout the market via in-home consultations. You will guide them through the decision-making process, present product options, and help them move forward on their window and door replacement projects. Through our marketing campaigns, we provide pre-confirmed and set appointments for our consultants. This position does not require cold calling or project management - it is strictly a strong sales closing role. What You’ll Do: - Travel to and from your residence to company-generated, pre-scheduled appointments with homeowners - Conduct in-home consultations, product demonstrations, and provide customized quotes - Use a proven, value-based sales process to build trust and close the sale, ideally in the same day - Attend trainings and regular sales meetings - Represent the Renewal by Andersen brand with excellence What We’re Looking For: - 5+ years of sales experience (premium services or high-value transactions preferred) - Strong communication skills and experience with a same day sales closing cycle (required) - Eagerness to learn and apply a structured sales process - Valid driver’s license (required) - Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials (required) - Tech-savvy and comfortable using an iPad (required) Compensation and Benefits: - 100% Commission Structure (Uncapped) with consultants earning $150,000-$300,000+ - Paid training with continued coaching and mentorship - Performance-based bonus opportunities - Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, and life insurance - RRSP with employer percentage - Student loan repayment program Schedule & Travel: - Full-time with flexible weekly scheduling - Weekly evening and weekend availability (required) - Traveling up to 3 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required) To see a day in the life of a Renewal by Andersen Design Consultant, check out our video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vk3DSPh3B-k #LI-DNI
