AI Engineer

Our client is a fast-growing technology company building AI-powered enterprise solutions that integrate directly into operational workflows. Their platform combines modern software engineering with applied AI to help businesses automate complex processes, extract insights from large datasets, and improve decision-making at scale.

They are looking for an AI Engineer who enjoys building real-world products, working across the stack, and experimenting with modern AI technologies in production environments.

You will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy AI-enabled applications used in enterprise environments.

What you will do:

• Build and maintain full-stack applications across frontend and backend systems
• Develop APIs, backend services, and integrations with enterprise platforms
• Design and maintain data ingestion pipelines for structured and unstructured datasets
• Work with AI technologies including LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and document processing workflows
• Prototype and iterate quickly using real user feedback and operational data
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable production code
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and engineering best practices
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and delivery stakeholders to translate business workflows into scalable technical solutions

What you will need:

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with modern frameworks such as React and Node.js
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Understanding of APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and distributed systems
• Exposure to CI/CD workflows, Docker, Git, and modern development practices
• Interest or experience in applied AI technologies such as:
• LLMs
• RAG architectures
• Prompt engineering
• AI-powered automation workflows
