Climate change is the defining business challenge of our time, and we're here to solve it. Most decarbonisation solutions count emissions but do nothing to reduce them. We've changed that.

We’re Neutreeno, an emissions-to-performance platform, born out of the University of Cambridge's Department of Engineering. We help companies with supply chains and production processes turn emissions data into operational insight, the kind that cuts costs, sharpens decisions, and unlocks genuine competitive advantage. For operations and finance, it's margin they can measure. For sustainability teams, it's progress they can prove. Same data, two audiences, one engine.

We’re a fast-moving team that values EQ just as much as IQ. Autonomy, high-ownership, speed and no-ego collaboration are at our core. We seek people who care deeply and are eager to work on solving problems bigger than themselves.

The Role

As Neutreeno's Founding Account Executive, you will own the entire commercial motion for our largest enterprise accounts - from first conversation to signed contract. You will be one of the first dedicated salespeople at a company that has already closed six-figure contracts with global enterprises, and you will have direct input into how we scale.

This is not a role where you inherit a mature playbook. You will help write it. That means sourcing, structuring, and closing complex deals across industries with long buying cycles, multiple stakeholders, and procurement and legal processes that require patience and precision. You will work directly with the CEO and Growth lead, with full visibility into strategy and the ability to shape it.

The opportunity is significant. Neutreeno sits at the intersection of regulatory pressure, supply chain transformation, and a genuine gap in the market. Most of our competitors produce numbers that are wrong by an order of magnitude. We can prove that. Your job is to make sure the right people understand it.

This position operates on a hybrid work model with 3 days per week in our Cambridge office. Exceptional London-based candidates will be considered with a 2-day per week office requirement. Fully remote arrangements will be considered for outstanding international candidates, provided there is sufficient overlap with UK working hours.

The Work You’ll Do

  • Lead the entire sales process from prospect qualification to deal closure, working alongside the founder and commercial team. You'll conduct needs analysis, develop tailored solutions, write compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals with enterprise clients
  • Drive prospecting and pipeline development by identifying and qualifying potential enterprise clients. You'll build a robust sales pipeline and develop strategic account plans that align with target customer segments and business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise accounts, including C-level executives, Heads of Sustainability, and Heads of Procurement. You'll establish yourself as a trusted advisor who understands their business challenges and can articulate how Neutreeno delivers value
  • Own sales forecasting and performance tracking, accurately predicting sales outcomes, monitoring key metrics, and providing regular reports to management. You'll use data to identify trends, optimise your approach, and demonstrate the impact of your sales efforts
  • Collaborate closely with our leadership team to refine and improve sales processes based on real-world learnings. You'll also work with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure customer needs and feedback directly inform our product development and go-to-market strategy
