Front Office Supervisor (m/f/d)

As our Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and managing the team in all aspects of the Front Office and work along with them. With your sparkling personality and your hands-on mentality, you provide the ultimate experience for our guests and your team.

This is what you're going to do

• Together with your team, you will ensure our guests will have the most heartfelt service;

• You will supervise the team of Front Office Agents and Trainees;

• You will be working closely with the housekeeping and maintenance;

• Welcoming and guiding guests, conference guests and group leaders;

• Assist the daily operations in different departments;

• Overseeing "Health and Safety" procedures & coordination of crises;

• Handling complaints according to procedure.

You work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment with people from different cultures and backgrounds. At SiR Adam the Front of House team is also responsible for the minibar to restock in the rooms ánd for The Studios (our meeting rooms). As a result, you always keep an overview, are able to set priorities and switch quickly from task to task. You know how to make connections and you take the initiative when decisions must be made.

This is why you are the best candidate

To succeed in this role, we believe you should have a minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in a supervisor role. You speak and write fluently in English. It goes without saying that you have an affinity with hospitality, you are a natural and creative professional with good communication skills and knows how to connect with different people and cultures. You are not afraid to make mistakes and would like to work in a young, ambitious and dynamic team.
