This is a high-ownership role with real autonomy. You'll shape the vision, own the roadmap and lead discovery, not support someone else doing it.

What you'll be doing

  • Own the product roadmap and shape strategy in partnership with the MD
  • Lead customer discovery and turn insight into shipped improvements that matter
  • Line manage a small team - conduct regular one-to-ones, performance reviews, and day-to-day guidance to support their development
  • Work hand-in-hand with engineering to deliver high-quality releases
  • Lead on pricing, packaging and go-to-market decisions for new features
  • Be the credible product voice with customers, in sales conversations and internally
