Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Acquisitions & Operations Coordinator to support a fast-paced real estate investment business focused on single-family acquisitions, wholesaling, refinancing, and lending operations.
This role combines real estate operations, transaction coordination, underwriting support, acquisitions assistance, and executive support. You will work across multiple stages of the investment lifecycle—from sourcing opportunities and preparing lending documentation to organizing financial records and supporting day-to-day operational execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative & Operational Support :
Request and compare insurance quotes from providers
Collect and organize financial documentation, including bank and credit card statements
Maintain structured file management systems and ensure accurate document organization
Coordinate administrative workflows and maintain operational efficiency
Provide day-to-day executive and personal assistant support as needed
Transaction Coordination & Lending Support :
Prepare and organize documentation required for refinancing transactions
Draft Letters of Explanation (LOEs) and other supporting documents
Maintain refinance packages including leases, deeds, promissory notes, and related records
Prepare payoff request documentation for private money lenders
Coordinate document execution through DocuSign
Review documentation for completeness and accuracy before submission
Communicate with title companies, brokers, lenders, and external partners
Research and negotiate pricing opportunities for insurance and related services
Acquisitions & Investment Support:
Prepare lending documentation including Promissory Notes, Security Agreements, Deeds of Trust, and related loan documents
Run property data extraction tools and organize comparable property (comp) data
Build and maintain spreadsheets to support acquisition decision-making
Review and validate property data prior to analysis
Assist in managing acquisitions and investment pipelines
Source both on-market and off-market opportunities for review
Research out-of-state landlords and identify portfolio acquisition opportunities using platforms such as PropStream
Search and evaluate properties through MLS and other real estate platforms
Support outreach initiatives including email campaigns to buyers and sellers related to wholesaling activities
ABOUT YOU
2+ years of experience in Real Estate Acquisitions, Wholesaling, Transaction Coordination, Real Estate Operations, or Lending Support
Experience supporting single-family residential real estate transactions
Familiarity with MLS, PropStream, DocuSign, CRM platforms, and spreadsheet analysis
Strong understanding of refinance processes, lending documents, and acquisition workflows
Comfortable working with financial documentation and operational systems
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Highly resourceful and comfortable learning new tools quickly
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience supporting real estate investors, wholesalers, lenders, or acquisition teams
Exposure to underwriting or basic investment analysis
Experience with document-heavy operational environments
Familiarity with social media or community management (Facebook Groups)
