About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on Senior B2B Marketing Manager to join our US marketing team in Dallas. This is an execution-first role: you’ll own the day-to-day delivery of JustPark’s US marketing plan, driving demand generation, brand visibility, and channel performance across our key verticals — Sports & Entertainment, Universities, CRE, and Municipalities.
Reporting into the Senior Director of B2B Marketing in New York City, you’ll be embedded with our commercial team and act as the primary marketing contact for US sales and account management. The US market carries a significantly larger conference and events calendar than our UK business, and managing that pipeline with rigour and creativity will be a core part of this role. This is a rare opportunity to execute our B2B marketing for one of the US’s fastest-growing parking technology platforms. You’ll work at the intersection of sales, events and digital — with real, measurable commercial impact. Key focus areas
- Demand Generation & Pipeline — Build JustPark’s brand presence and drive inbound demand across our four core US verticals, owning the content and channel strategy that fills the top of the commercial funnel.
- Events & Conference Excellence — Own JustPark’s end-to-end presence at US industry events, from parking and university shows to sports & entertainment conferences, making every touchpoint count for sales and brand.
- Account Engagement & Retention — Partner with Account Management to keep existing clients informed, engaged and growing, through newsletters, webinars, lunch & learns, and well-timed collateral.
- Cross-Vertical Expansion — Help extend JustPark’s footprint across new sectors and geographies by supporting the commercial team with targeted marketing programmes tailored to each vertical’s specific needs.
What you'll do
Demand Generation & Content
- Own the development and promotion of thought leadership and other content for owned channels according to the strategy set by the Senior Director of B2B Marketing.
- Manage the JustPark LinkedIn account as well as the blog, and partner with channel owners (web & email) to optimise existing content for SEO and GEO.
- Brief and manage external agencies and freelancers to deliver content and creative at pace, ensuring brand consistency across every asset.
Events & Conferences
- Own JustPark’s presence at US industry conferences end-to-end. The calendar is extensive — spanning parking industry (IPMI, NPA), university (PACNet, NACDA), sports & entertainment (VenuesNow, Venue Connect), and a dozen or so regional shows throughout the year.
- Manage budget, logistics, swag, travel, agency relationships, internal sales team alignment and client entertaining to make every event count.
- Track events ROI and continuously raise the bar on how JustPark shows up in the market.
Sponsorships
- Execute JustPark’s sponsorship deals with pro sports teams and venues, ensuring partner venues have the right assets to promote JustPark to their audiences.
- Brief the brand team on any creative assets needed to fulfil sponsorship commitments, keeping every deal activated and on-brand.
Account Engagement
- Execute account engagement activity in coordination with Account Management and CRM teams — sending client newsletters, supporting the logistics of lunch & learns and webinars, and ensuring the right materials reach the right accounts at the right time.
- Partner with CRM to build cross-sell and upsell communications that introduce clients to new JustPark products and capabilities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the US commercial team — attending sales meetings as needed, managing inbound marketing requests from sales and account management, and keeping the sales enablement page current.
- Act as the primary marketing contact for the US commercial team, ensuring marketing programmes are always aligned to commercial priorities.
- Contribute to wider US marketing planning, bringing energy, ideas and a genuinely collaborative mindset to the team.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on B2B KPIs: MQL volume and quality, content engagement, paid campaign performance and events ROI.
- Define a structured testing approach across campaigns and channels, using results to continuously improve performance.
- Report regularly to the Senior Director of B2B Marketing on programme health, insights and recommendations.
