As a Field Operations & Inspections Agent,, you'll be on the ground every day: checking apartments before and after each stay, responding to guest needs, coordinating with cleaners and contractors, and keeping our operations running smoothly.
What the role looks like day-to-day:
- Conduct quality control inspections inside our apartments,
- Respond to day-to-day guest requests, take care of day-to-day hospitality tasks, such as bringing extra items to guests during their stay,
- Acting as the link between what's happening on the ground and the wider Operations and Customer Experience teams — keeping everyone informed and response times short .
- Troubleshoot minor maintenance and technology issues (e.g., light bulb replacements, wifi connectivity or overseeing contractor appointments),
- Oversee cleaning subcontractors and ensure apartments meet UPSTREET standards
- Keeping track of inventory across units and flagging what needs restocking
- Assist with making new apartments get ready
You will be also helping the Operations Team to flawlessly manage bookings, guests communication, and preparing of homes between guests arrivals and solve problems to make sure every guest has a top level of experience.
