At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our UniQue team.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Deliver portfolio management, budgeting, forecasting, and governance outputs to strengthen financial oversight and support operational and exercise planning
- Analyze complex business challenges, identify root causes, and develop practical solution pathways
- Define and manage project scope while reducing ambiguity and controlling requirement changes
- Assess strategic options, risks, and trade-offs to support informed decision-making
- Translate business objectives into technical requirements and align technical solutions with operational needs
- Facilitate meetings, stakeholder workshops, and interviews to gather requirements and drive alignment
- Manage stakeholder expectations across teams while ensuring clear communication and delivery priorities
- Produce and maintain high-quality documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and governance materials
- Monitor business and operational trends to generate actionable insights and recommendations
- Identify process inefficiencies, operational bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Design and optimize current-state (“as-is”) and future-state (“to-be”) business processes
- Support organizational adaptability by managing evolving requirements and maintaining delivery continuity
