We’re currently seeking a
Senior / mid HR Talent Consultant for the French market to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted strategic partner, helping HR leaders modernize talent management practices and unlock the full potential of Factorial’s platform.
You will combine HR expertise, consulting skills, and product knowledge to guide organizations through their HR transformation journey, from implementation to long-term value creation. As HR technology continues to evolve, including the growing impact of AI on talent management, people analytics, and performance development, you will help customers leverage digital tools to build more data-driven and efficient HR processes.

The Role 📜
Act as a
trusted advisor to french customers
, helping them design and implement modern Talent Management processes using Factorial.
Lead
strategic onboarding and implementation projects
, ensuring successful adoption of Factorial’s Talent solutions (e.g. performance, goals, engagement).
Understand customers’
HR strategies, challenges, and organizational context
, translating their needs into tailored platform configurations and best practices.
Guide HR teams in adopting
data-driven decision making
, people analytics, and digital workflows. Support clients in navigating emerging HR trends , including the role of AI in talent management, performance insights, and workforce planning .
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and maximize customer value.
Gather strategic feedback from the french market and
contribute to product evolution
, ensuring Factorial continues to solve real HR challenges.
Identify opportunities to
expand product adoption
and support customers in scaling their HR processes as they grow.
Act as the owner of your market
and serve as a subject matter expert for clients and internal stakeholders, bringing ideas and vision to drive adoption.
Collaborate on creative initiatives events, webinars, videos to boost engagement.
Manage your own pipeline of projects and work cross-functionally to build opportunities and win new consulting projects some will be assigned, some you’ll need to win. Work closely with stakeholders to spot opportunities and create value for both clients and Factorial.
Your Profile 🧐
Fluent French
(native or near-native) and
professional English
.
5+ years of experience
in HR consulting, HR technology implementation, talent management, or customer advisory roles.
Strong understanding of
Talent Management practices
(performance management, employee development, engagement, feedback cycles, people analytics).
Experience working with
HRIS or Talent Management platforms
.
Ability to adopt a
consultative and strategic mindset
, understanding business needs beyond the product.
Strong
communication and stakeholder management skills
, especially when working with HR leaders and decision makers.
Analytical mindset and ability to translate
customer insights into product feedback
.
Comfortable working in
fast-growing SaaS environments
.
Curiosity about
HR innovation, digital transformation, and the impact of AI in HR .
Bonus points for:
Experience in
HR transformation or digital HR projects.
Knowledge of the
French HR market and labor context.
Experience working with
SMEs or scale-ups.
Experience working with clients across different industries is valuable.
