We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Mainteance Planning and Projects Manager to play a key role in supporting the effective running of all HTB campus sites. This role leads the coordination and planning of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), ensuring statutory checks are completed and the Director of Property and Heads of Department are fully supported in meeting their responsibilities.

Working at the heart of the Site Services team, you’ll act as the main point of contact for maintenance queries, liaise with suppliers, and help ensure HTB’s large events receive appropriate out‑of‑hours support. You’ll also assist in the smooth operation of office procedures and contribute to continuous improvement across the team.

The role supports the delivery of Capital Projects through attending site visits, monitoring works, helping prioritise jobs, and managing minor works under the direction of senior leaders. You will stay across day‑to‑day maintenance activity, maintain accurate building plans, support administrative needs, and occasionally deputise for the Head of Maintenance or Head of Facilities.

As a key contributor to the culture and tone of the Site Services team, you’ll bring initiative, problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to HTB’s vision and values, helping shape an environment that enables our sites and the people who use them to thrive.

The closing date for this role is Sunday 14th June. The salary range for this role is between £32,000 - 35,000.
