Role Overview
We are seeking an Account Executive to support revenue growth and customer engagement across government and enterprise accounts.
This role focuses on pursuing sales opportunities, developing trusted customer relationships, and supporting business development efforts. The Account Executive will be responsible for progressing opportunities through the sales process, identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, and ensuring disciplined follow‑through across the sales pipeline.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role working closely with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Opportunity Management
- Proactively identify and pursue new government and enterprise opportunities through structured outreach and follow‑up
- Develop and grow key enterprise accounts by understanding customer needs and aligning solutions
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and next steps
- Support movement of opportunities through the sales process
2. Account Management
- Develop good working relationships with assigned customer accounts
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and upsell
- Support ongoing engagement with key stakeholders
- Act as a reliable point of contact to ensure continuity and responsiveness throughout customer engagement
3. Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate tracking of opportunities and pipeline status
- Ensure all opportunities have clear next steps
- Follow up on stalled opportunities and drive progress
- Support sales forecasting with disciplined opportunity management
4. Business Development Support
- Support outreach and follow-up on new leads
- Qualify potential opportunities and schedule discussions
- Work closely with the sales team on opportunity development
