Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full customer journey from lead assignment to deal closure.

  • Qualify leads and identify customer needs to maximize conversion opportunities.

  • Present suitable vehicle options and explain inspection results and financing solutions.

  • Follow up with customers and handle objections throughout the sales process.

  • Encourage qualified customers to proceed with vehicle inspections and purchase completion.

  • Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the CRM.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and convert KPIs.

  • Coordinate with Operations, Inspection, Financing, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth deal completion.

  • Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong command of the Saudi Accent (mandatory requirement)
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, Customer Service, Operations.

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.  

  • Strong skills in negotiation and relationship-building.
