AnthroMed Education is hiring Clinical Fellowship Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CFs) for the 2026–2027 school year in Colorado.

Our school-based Clinical Fellowship program is intentionally designed for graduate SLPs entering their CF year. We provide strong mentorship, meaningful clinical support, and thoughtful school placements so new clinicians can build confidence and thrive during their transition from graduate student to practicing Speech-Language Pathologist.

We’ve supported 50+ Clinical Fellows, and 100% have successfully earned their CCC-SLP.

What Your Clinical Fellowship Year Will Include

Compensation

  • Annual salary range: $68,500–$90,000 based on experience
  • $2,000 relocation bonus for clinicians moving to Colorado
  • Mileage reimbursement

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
  • Graduating in 2026 and preparing to begin your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Eligible for Colorado Department of Education (CDE) SLP licensure
  • Interest in school-based practice and multidisciplinary collaboration
  • Passion for supporting students and helping them succeed
