We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to support our team during a system migration project. This temporary role will involve transferring information from our legacy system into our new software whilst maintaining and updating the data management systems (SAP ByD & Filemaker).

  • Accurately add new products to the ERP System, ensure product listings are accurate, consistent, and complete (titles, descriptions, attributes, specifications, categories).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product listings, transactions & operations
  • Maintain supplier price lists across systems.
  • Liaise with sales, purchasing and suppliers to gather product information, assets, and requirements.
  • Support departments with ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal teams regarding product-related queries.
  • Enrich legacy product listings with logistic details
  • Importing & exporting data using system tools
