We are looking for a Head of Sales – Networking Solutions to lead the establishment and growth of Teltonika's sales operations in Central/East Asia regions based in Singapore, working with our leading Networking Solutions devices portfolio.

Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy. 

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role (player-coach), combining strategic responsibility with direct market execution.

 
In this role, you will:

  • Establish and develop Teltonika's sales operations in Central/East Asia regions
  • Build, lead, and coach a local and global sales team
  • Act as a hands-on player-coach, directly involved in key customer and partner engagements
  • Drive revenue growth, pipeline quality, and market penetration
  • Execute and adapt HQ-defined GTM strategy to the Central/East Asia regions
  • Develop and manage distributor and partner relationships
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM discipline
  • Collaborate closely with HQ and regional stakeholders

What we expect of you:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience managing a sales team in a senior or leadership role
  • Minimum working 5 years of B2B sales experience with measurable results
  • Strong leadership and people development capability
  • Professional-level English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Strong language skills in Mandarin and Cantonese language proficiency is a necessity, especially when engaging with clients.
  • Exposure to GTM (Go-To-Market strategy) is a strong advantage
  • Comfortable operating in an early-stage market environment
