Your main mission:
We are looking for a People Operations Apprentice to join our People team at a pivotal moment in our growth, contributing day-to-day to the employee experience across France, Spain, Italy, Canada, Mexico, and the MEA region.
You will be joining a team in full structuring mode, where projects are hands-on, varied, and impactful. This is a rare opportunity to learn the fundamentals of operational HR in an international, agile, and fast-moving environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- You support the end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, contract changes...
- You contribute to the accuracy of HR data and the smooth running of our tools (HRIS, reporting)
- You assist with payroll variable collection and coordination with external providers
- You help ensure compliance with internal processes and local regulations, with the support of the team
- You provide day-to-day operational support to the People Business Partners
- You handle routine requests from managers and employees
- You help bridge the gap between HR initiatives and their concrete execution
- You participate in documenting and updating People Operations processes
- You identify areas for improvement and propose practical solutions
- You contribute to building tools and resources for employees and managers
- HR Data & Reporting: contributing to dashboards and tracking indicators
- Digitalization: taking part in process optimization and automation initiatives
- Compensation & Benefits: supporting benchmarking exercises and compensation analyses
- Learning & Development: helping coordinate training activities and monitor the training budget
Requirements :
- Currently enrolled in a 2-year apprenticeship program (M1 or M2) in Human Resources, Labour Law, or a related field
- A first academic or practical exposure to HR operations is a plus (internship, project work, etc.)
- Rigor and attention to detail: you handle sensitive data and processes where accuracy matters
- Organizational skills: you manage multiple tasks and deadlines with calm and structure
- Interpersonal skills: you communicate clearly and professionally, including in cross-functional and international settings
- Proactivity: you take initiative, flag issues early, and look for solutions before being asked
- Discretion and confidentiality: you understand the importance of handling people-related information with care
- Adaptability: you thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift
- Comfortable with standard office tools (Excel / Google Sheets, PowerPoint / Google Slides)
- Familiarity with an HRIS is a plus, not a requirement
- Professional English required (our teams and tools are international)
