We are seeking a highly organised and process-oriented HR System & Project Coordinator to join our HRHub Team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. This role is central to improving functionality within our key people systems, particularly Litmos, ensuring accuracy and a smooth digital experience for employees. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in problem-solving, process improvement and serving as the primary point of contact for system-related information. Additionally, you will play a significant role in HR projects across the UK & I Hub, assisting in the coordination of system upgrades, implementation of new modules and various change initiatives that influence how our teams operate.

Responsibilities

  • Manage core HR systems including learning, health and benefits platforms to ensure smooth daily operation.
  • Maintain data quality through regular audits, updates and accurate record‑keeping.
  • Provide first‑line system support to employees and managers, resolving queries and escalating issues.
  • Support HR projects such as system upgrades, new modules and change initiatives across the UK&I Hub.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying efficiencies, updating documentation and enhancing user experience.
