We are looking for an HSEQ Coordinator in Haugesund!
Are you passionate about ensuring projects are safe, compliant, and delivered with quality? As our HSEQ Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting projects throughout their entire lifecycle – from planning and execution to closure.
We have recently moved into our offices in the brand new Caiano building at Smedasundet, creating a great environment for collaboration and future growth – and are now looking for you to join us on this journey.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Project Follow-Up: Monitor and support projects to ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and client requirements.
- Incident Management: Lead investigations related to incidents, non-conformities, and hazardous occurrences, identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective actions.
- Audits & Reviews: Assist with internal and external audits, and participate in readiness reviews, risk assessments, and safety-related meetings.
- Information Management: Maintain critical data in supplier approval platforms such as Achilles and Magnet JQS.
- Training Delivery: Provide essential HSEQ training to strengthen our safety culture.
- Documentation: Develop HSEQ plans and Governance that support safe and efficient project execution.
