About Hex Trust

Hex Trust is a fully-licensed digital asset financial institution building the infrastructure institutions use to operate in crypto. Custody, staking, capital markets, investment solutions, payments, fiat ramping, RWAs, and tokenization — all on one regulated platform.

Founded in 2018, we're licensed across multiple jurisdictions (HK, SG, Dubai, SVG). As institutional capital moves into crypto and the RWA and payments narratives accelerate, we're one of the few players who can serve institutions as a fully-regulated, one-stop-shop partner. We serve 600+ institutional clients globally: funds, family offices, banks, foundations, token issuers, payment firms, OTC desks, and corporates.

We're well-capitalized, growing consistently, and built on a sustainable model. We operate 24/7 from hubs in Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, and Vietnam.

You'll work alongside a senior commercial team, learn how to own real institutional and client relationships, and get exposure to the most active parts of the market.

Position Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious candidate to join us on our clients desk. We set the highest standards for ourselves and achieve results, we will expect the ideal candidate to be able to do the same. During your internship period you will shadow and interact with Client team members and learn about the intricacies of a market that never sleeps. We thrive in a work hard play hard culture.
