Position Summary
The Receptionist & Office Administration organizes and coordinates office administration and procedures, ensuring organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety - reflecting the Company’s professional standards at all times. He/she is also responsible for communications relating to office protocols, streamlining the related administrative procedures, managing stationery and pantry inventory (from budget to payment), and coordination of any associated service providers.
Responsibilities
- Owns the office administration tasks that ensure smooth & efficient day-to-day workplace operations.
- Coverage of the reception desk, greeting of guests and directing them appropriately.
- Manages the relationship with Building Office Management, and/or other related suppliers & vendors.
- Monitors inventory around the office, and coordinates the timely ordering of related supplies.
- Manages the related office expenses/procurement, reimbursement, and/or payments to suppliers & vendors.
- Provides periodic budget and status reports for management review as requested.
- Supports the organization of company events, including venue set-up if required.
- Contributes to and/or supports other office-related projects and initiatives as reasonably requested.
- Liaises with our appointed vendor in quarterly office cleaning during non business hours.
