For the IT Operations Center Engineer position, we expect you to:
- Monitor the performance status and capacity of computer systems and network devices.
- Perform regular maintenance on computer systems and network equipment.
- Conduct daily administration tasks for systems and network devices.
- Manage and maintain backup processes.
- Monitor and respond to security alerts.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems and network equipment.
- Respond to system alerts and hardware malfunctions.
- Handle user-reported incidents and process any change requests.
- Participate in the design and implementation of projects.
