We are looking for a confident, customer-centric Sales Advisor who enjoys engaging with customers, learning about high-quality products, and influencing buying decisions through excellent service and product knowledge.
This is a customer-facing sales role with clear performance expectations, structured training, and the opportunity to earn bonuses based on targets.
Your Role:
As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service.
Come and join our team in our Southampton! We have permanent contracts working either 10hrs or 14hrs per week please see working patterns below.
1. 10 hours per week - 2 x 5 hr late shifts over 2 of the following days - Monday Wednesday and Thursday with occasional weekend working when required
2. 14 hours per week - 2 x 4hr late shifts on Tuesday and Friday and a 6hr shift on a Saturday
