Principal Objectives

The Sales Manager at Flicks is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, advertising sales, and commercial opportunities across the Flicks platform. You will manage sales execution, develop key client relationships, and help expand Flicks’ presence within the entertainment and media ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue across advertising, partnerships, and sponsorships
  • Manage and grow relationships with studios, distributors, streamers, brands, and media agencies
  • Identify and secure new commercial opportunities aligned with Flicks’ audience and solutions
  • Create sales proposals and present them to clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals

  • Achievement of annual sales targets
  • Number of new commercial partnerships secured

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong B2B sales and negotiation experience, ideally in media, entertainment, or digital platforms
