Salary Range: $57,500 - $75,000 annualized salary, based on experience and qualifications.
Paid Time Off: 6 days per year, prorated based on your start date.

We are excited to continue our partnership with a supportive district that is proactively hiring School Social Workers for the upcoming school year. This role offers strong team collaboration and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students. Caseload details are currently being finalized; however, the district is eager to begin interviewing to identify the right fit as soon as possible. Ideal candidates will be comfortable working with students requiring higher levels of support and will demonstrate strong behavior management skills.

Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct and indirect social work services to students in need of emotional, behavioral, and social support.
    • Conduct IEP Evaluations and contribute to the development of meaningful student goals.
    • Facilitate small group and individual sessions relevant to student goals.
    • Lead and support the implementation of BIPS and FBAs.
    • Participate in IEP and 504 Plan meetings to advocate for student needs.
    • Support students and families in accessing community resources.

Requirements:
    • Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
    • Michigan School Social Work Certification - Must possess S310 form
    • Previous experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
