- Process and control primary financial documentation, invoices, payments, and internal finance documents
- Manage payroll accounting processes, including timesheets, payroll reports, tax and social declarations
- Prepare and submit tax declarations and statutory reports
- Support month-end, interim, and annual closing processes
- Prepare financial statements, profit and loss reports, balance sheets, and management reports
- Maintain payment records with counterparties and support invoicing processes
- Support audits, tax inspections, and other finance-related reviews
- Communicate with banks, tax authorities, auditors, and external partners
- Provide practical support on payroll, tax, labour-related, and accounting questions
- Support budgeting and ad-hoc financial reporting
- Help improve accounting, reporting, payment, and finance administration processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, senior finance, or a similar hands-on finance role
- Strong knowledge of accounting, payroll, tax, and financial reporting
- Experience preparing financial statements, tax declarations, and payroll-related reports
- Good understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, budgeting, and management reporting
- Experience with accounting software and bookkeeping systems
- Solid knowledge of relevant tax, accounting, reporting, and labour regulations
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage deadlines
- Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
You’ll be a great fit if you
- Enjoy hands-on finance work and are comfortable owning topics end-to-end
- Like bringing structure, accuracy, and clarity to financial processes
- Want to have visibility across the full finance cycle rather than focus on one narrow area
- Can spot inconsistencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Are comfortable working in a small team where ownership matters
- Want to help build processes, not just follow existing ones
- Are interested in working in an international tech/product environment
What we offer:
- Great work environment that balances freedom and responsibility
- Our team is made up of friendly and passionate enthusiasts who are eager to help and share their knowledge
- We believe in work-life balance, so you'll receive around 30+ days of paid holidays per year
- Company computer equipment by request
- Education courses for our team members, and we're willing to allocate funds toward your training expenses
- English classes on our corporate platform
- Offline company events in Lithuania and online team-building
- Unlimited free Planner5D subscriptions
Note: We only consider applications from candidates currently based in locations: Lithuania or Netherlands. Visa sponsorship is available if you hold primary residence with work authorization.
