Casino is a critical pillar of Midnite’s global growth strategy, and we’re looking for a Senior Casino Commercial Manager to own and scale the commercial performance of the vertical.
This is a high-impact role sitting at the centre of commercial strategy, product performance, player economics, and market expansion. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving competitiveness, and shaping the long-term direction of Midnite’s casino proposition across multiple markets.
Working closely with Product, CRM, Marketing, and Data teams, you’ll use player insights, market trends, and commercial analysis to optimise performance and deliver a best-in-class casino experience.
You will:
- Own the global casino P&L, with accountability for revenue growth, margin performance, and player value.
- Define and execute the commercial casino strategy aligned with Midnite’s broader growth ambitions.
- Identify new market opportunities, game verticals, and content strategies to support international expansion.
- Manage relationships with game providers, aggregators, and platform partners to maximise commercial performance.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, exclusives, and promotional opportunities to improve competitiveness and margin.
- Curate and optimise the casino game portfolio to drive player engagement and retention.
- Design and oversee promotional strategies including bonuses, free spins, and campaigns to maximise ROI.
- Monitor key commercial KPIs including GGR, NGR, bonus cost, player cohorts, and game performance to inform decision making.
- Partner closely with Product, CRM, Marketing, and Data teams to improve player experience and influence roadmap decisions
