As an Officer in a small team, this position offers a wide range of topics and numerous opportunities for involvement. The starting date is as soon as possible at our office on the 24th floor of the Prime Tower in Zurich.
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert
- Conduct onboarding and client file reviews
- Conduct and oversee advanced transaction monitoring, incl. blockchain forensics reviews and sanction alerts
- Prepare and file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), where required
- Drive the interpretation and implementation of evolving regulatory requirements and ensure their effective integration into processes, documentation, controls, and business initiatives
- Coordinate and collaborate with legal first line and operational risk teams
- Develop and maintain the compliance framework, including risk assessments, policies, processes, and controls
- Conduct and monitor second line controls
- Conduct compliance training and internal workshops
- Support during internal and external audits within the compliance area
- Independent implementation of compliance projects
