About the Role:  

  • Assist in taking customer service calls

  • Gather information and produce packets of information for daily installs

  • General customer service and administrative duties

  • Provide support to our Production & Service Managers as needed

Key Qualifications:   

  • Previous customer service experience

  • Good communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize

  • Detail orientated in a fast paced environment

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office
