About the Opportunity
AnthroMed Education is looking for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary students across two school buildings in Fridley. Each building also has an additional SLP onsite, offering opportunities for collaboration and support.
What You’ll Do
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students
- Complete evaluations and develop compliant, individualized IEPs
- Serve as case manager for assigned students and maintain required documentation
- Support a range of communication needs, including articulation, language, social communication, and ASD-related needs
- Provide compensatory services and help maintain consistent service delivery for students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school support teams
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and problem-solving discussions
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication skills and cultural responsiveness
- Ability to stay organized and manage a full caseload effectively
