Speech-Language Pathologist - K-8 | HIRING NOW for the 2026–27 School Year

We are partnered with a supportive, student-centered school district seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year. Position Overview:
  • Location: Thornton, CO
  • School Schedule/Hours: First day of school late July 2026; 7:45am-3:15pm
  • Grade Level: K–8
  • Caseload: 40–50 students
Caseload Options

  • Mild–Moderate Caseload (general education population)
  • Mixed Caseload (general education + higher needs students)

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
  • School-based experience preferred
  • Strong collaboration skills and passion for supporting students in educational settings
  • Active or eligible Colorado Department of Education (CDE) SLP licensure
Compensation & Benefits
 
Salary Range: $67,500 - $80,000/year (based on experience)
