Job and Talent is currently recruiting for an On-Site Associate at our client’s in Glasgow.

Previous experience in managing high-volume recruitment would be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
To identify suitable candidates for current and prospective (Industrial) clients
•Conduct interviews and inductions
•To clearly establish and understand the client's requirements, e.g. job description, hours of work, rates of pay
•To assist in the smooth running of all Administration duties, including the prompt delivery of Time Management & Attendance methods to facilitate Payroll of all Flexi Workers.
•Ensure that all clients and workers comply with Health and Safety legislation and promptly refer any concerns to the branch manager.
•To conform to all statutory employment and contractual legislation.
•To ensure that all records of workers and customer requirements are current and up-to-date.
• To ensure all administrative requirements are satisfied to ensure candidates are paid correctly and promptly, AND customers are invoiced promptly and correctly.
•To attend promotional events, outside of normal working hours if necessary
•To ensure all applicants have provided acceptable details of their legal right to work in the U.K and assist or offer advise of requirement
•Maintaining quality and ISO procedures in line with Standard Operating Procedures to ensure effective, positive quality audit results
•To carry out any additional duties that may be reasonably expected to perform
