We are looking for a curious, hands-on builder to join our Information Security team in Mexico City in a role that sits at the intersection of AI platform administration and intelligent automation. This is not a "maintain what exists" position; it is a "help us figure out what’s next" position.

As our AI & Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and evolving our internal AI platform, building automation workflows, and playing an active role in shaping the tools and capabilities we roll out to employees across the organization. You will work directly under the CISO and have real influence over the direction of our AI program.

What You'll Do:

  • Platform Administration. Administer and manage our internal AI chat and workflow platform — user access provisioning, model configurations, integrations, and day-to-day operational health
  • Automation Development. Build and maintain automation workflows that reduce manual effort, improve response times, and connect systems intelligently across the organization
  • Innovation & Discovery. Identify opportunities to expand AI-assisted capabilities and bring forward well-reasoned proposals for new tools, integrations, or workflows
  • User Enablement. Support employees across the organization in getting the most value from available AI tools — troubleshooting issues, creating guidance documentation, and running enablement sessions
  • Security & Compliance Alignment. Collaborate with security and IT stakeholders to ensure automations and AI integrations meet policy, compliance, and risk standards
  • Continuous Learning. Stay current on the evolving AI and automation landscape, evaluating new capabilities, protocols, and platforms as they emerge
