Position Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Sales Coordinator who is highly organized to support our sales team, within the medical device industry in our Amsterdam office. We are looking for a colleague who enjoys working with data, is curious about the drivers behind results, and is motivated by new challenges.

In this role, you will support the daily operations of the Sales back office through data management, project coordination, meeting organization, cross-functional communication, and sample management, helping to ensure efficient sales support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to the Sales back office
  • Maintain and update sales data and related records
  • Support project management and follow-up tasks
  • Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings
  • Serve as a liaison between the Sales team and other departments
  • Manage product samples and related logistics
