Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of partners to grow PC and Print business, services, and solutions with YoY growth.
  • Understand partner market, competition, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Proactively engage partners (calls/meetings), drive sales, and support the full sales cycle including pricing.
  • Educate partners on new products, solutions, and ensure Partner Program compliance (certifications, revenue).
  • Build strong business relationships by responding promptly to partner inquiries and fostering loyalty.
  • Monitor partner performance, provide forecasting, and track results using reporting tools.
  • Oversee partner marketing activities, co-investments, and ROI tracking.
  • Support registration and onboarding of IT resellers into the Partner Program.
