We are growing our B2B sales operation in Panama and are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Supervisor to lead the team, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing sales machine. This is a hands-on leadership role combining team management with direct client and distributor development.

You will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pipeline management to closing, onboarding, and account development — while also recruiting, training, and coaching B2B sales agents.

What You'll Do

•       Supervise and manage the daily activities of the B2B sales team in Panama; monitor performance and ensure sales targets are achieved

•       Identify, approach, and onboard new business clients and distributors across Panama and international markets

•       Own the full B2B sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, closing, onboarding, and account development

•       Recruit, onboard, and train new B2B sales agents and account executives

•       Set, track, and report KPIs, pipeline health, and agent performance — weekly and monthly — to senior management

•       Maintain CRM hygiene, outreach cadences, and structured sales reporting

•       Enforce discipline, reporting structure, and workflow organisation within the B2B team

•       Support senior leadership in developing B2B sales strategies and market expansion plans
