This role supports BCAR and CPR compliance across projects by coordinating technical submittals, carrying out internal pre-checks, and helping ensure complete, accurate and timely submissions through Aconex. The role acts as a key link between site teams, Procurement, Commercial teams, subcontractors and external consultants to reduce rejections, avoid delays and promote consistent compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project-level technical submittal uploads and approval workflows through Aconex.
  • Carry out internal pre-checks of submittal packages before issue to external consultants.
  • Verify that technical submittals include relevant and highlighted compliance documents, such as technical data sheets, Declarations of Performance, compliance certificates, safety data sheets, installation instructions and warranties.
  • Work with site teams, Procurement, Commercial teams and subcontractors to identify upcoming submittals, resolve issues early and maintain submission programmes.
  • Support BCAR and CPR compliance reviews for products, materials and systems used across projects.
  • Help maintain trackers, registers and reporting records for submittals, approvals and compliance status.
  • Provide office-based oversight of sampling and material control reporting where required.
  • Attend project, design and coordination meetings as needed to support compliance and document control.
