As a key player in our commercial development, your mission will be to acquire more Treatwell customers in and around Amsterdam. Your goal is to convince professionals in the beauty and wellness industry to join us and use our software to grow their businesses.
From day one, you’ll benefit from a comprehensive onboarding program spread over several weeks to ensure the best support, allowing you to shine in business development. During this time we expect you to be in the office every day to ensure your smooth onboarding.

Your Responsibilities
- Boost sales through salon visits: Be active in the field by visiting salons, often spontaneously (without prior appointments), to pitch Treatwell and close sales. You’ll manage the entire sales process, from the first contact to the final signature.
- Enjoy a great balance between working in the field and collaborating with your colleagues once a week at our beautiful Amsterdam office. If you live farther away, we offer flexibility — part of your travel time can be counted as working hours.
- Research and prospect beauty and wellness professionals in your area via phone, internet, CRM, social media, and especially in-person visits.
- Secure appointments and independently manage sales up to the closing stage.
- Support new partners during their first steps after signing the contract, onboard them, and teach them how to use our software correctly before passing them on to our Account Managers team.
- Update our CRM database (we use Salesforce, and we’ll train you on it) with all relevant information.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis and provide feedback from the field to improve our sales techniques and approach.
- Analyze your performance to meet and even exceed your objectives.
