What you will do 🤝
- Prospect & Engage
- : Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone to connect with potential clients.
- Qualify Leads
- : Identify key decision-makers and assess their needs to determine their fit with RIOT's solutions.
- Schedule Meetings
- : Book qualified meetings for the Account Executives to advance the sales cycle.
- Research & Personalization
- : Develop a deep understanding of target industries, accounts, and contacts to tailor outreach efforts.
- Collaboration with Sales & Marketing
- : Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead conversion.
- CRM & Reporting
- : Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline status in the CRM system (Hubspot).
Who you are 🪪
- - You demonstrate a strong outbound mindset: you are comfortable with high-volume outreach and proactive engagement.
- - Excellent communication skills: ability to craft compelling messages and engage prospects effectively.
- - Persistent: you don't take no for an answer and thrive on overcoming challenges.
- - Structured & organized, managing multiple leads and follow up systematically.
- - Tech-savvy & data-driven: Familiarity with sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) is a plus.
- - You ideally have a previous experience in sales (internship, apprenticeship), ideally in B2B SaaS.
- - You don't need to be an expert on cybersecurity, but you need to be motivated by Riot's mission.
