The Role

Addepar’s Finance Systems Operations team is hlliniring a Business System Analyst to lead cross-functional, systems-driven initiatives. You will own end-to-end delivery for defined projects, translate business needs into clear technical requirements, and ensure solutions are adopted by users.

While NetSuite is our core platform, this role will flex across our entire Finance Technology stack, including our P2P systems (like Coupa) and other Finance tools.

What You’ll Do

  • Requirements gathering: Partner with stakeholders (Accounting, FP&A and Procurement) to map current processes, translate needs into clear, testable technical requirements, and document them precisely.
  • Project leadership: Run the end-to-end lifecycle across planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and closure to deliver on scope, time, and quality.

Technology partnership: Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within our Finance Technology stack (e.g., NetSuite, Coupa, Navan), acting as a key partner to stakeholder groups like Accounting and Big.

  • Testing and documentation: Build and maintain test scripts with requirements traceability and produce concise user guides that support adoption.
  • Stakeholder communication: Deliver crisp status updates and launch communications that keep teams aligned on progress, decisions, and milestones.
  • Systems support: Provide hands-on configuration and troubleshooting support across our Finance Technology stack as needed, with a focus on accuracy and auditability.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Systems Analyst, Finance Systems, or Finance Technology Project Management role.
  • Highly skilled in written communication, with exceptional ability to create comprehensive, precise, and user-centric documentation efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in NetSuite, with hands-on experience navigating its functionality as a heavy user.
  • Experience with other Finance systems (especially Coupa, Navan, Pigment or other Finance technology) and middleware (e.g Boomi) is a plus.
  • NetSuite or Coupa configuration experience is a plus.

    Important Note: This role requires working from our Pune office 3 days a week (hybrid work model)
