Faraday Norton is a privately owned investment group, operating in the real estate, energy, and other business sectors, in Greece and abroad.
We are looking for a Construction Project Manager with 5-10 years of experience to lead the delivery of our residential and hospitality projects from inception to handover. This role is a strong fit for someone with a Civil Engineering or Architecture background, hands-on site experience, and a strong sense of ownership. You should be comfortable managing budgets, schedules, contractors, and stakeholders simultaneously, while maintaining the quality standards our projects are known for. You will help us bring ambitious building developments to life — coordinating design teams, supervising construction, and ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to specification. You should enjoy being on-site, making practical decisions under pressure, and taking projects from concept to completion with confidence and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of residential and hospitality projects, from planning through to handover.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans using MS Project or Primavera.
- Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants throughout the project.
- Monitor cost control, manage variations, and report on project progress to senior management.
- Ensure full compliance with Greek building regulations, GOK/NOK, and health & safety requirements.
- Lead procurement processes, evaluate tenders, and negotiate with contractors and suppliers.
- Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, owners, and internal stakeholders.
- Document project decisions, progress reports, and technical details clearly and thoroughly.
