The Role
Two Circles is seeking an experienced paid media specialist to support the delivery of media services across a portfolio of global sports properties. This role focuses on leading paid media strategy and delivering high-quality campaign execution across complex, often multi-territory marketing operations. The successful applicant will take ownership of performance, optimisation and reporting across a number of client engagements, whilst supporting planning for upcoming events and ensuring robust tracking and measurement is in place and leveraged across all activity. The position requires both hands-on delivery and confident client-facing leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead paid media delivery across multiple client projects, being accountable for strong media performance
- Work with teams to build and optimise campaigns across key media channels (typically a combination of social, search, programmatic, OOH)
- Identify performance issues and implement clear, effective optimisation strategies
- Manage budgets, pacing and campaign structures across live activity
- Support the development of media plans and strategic recommendations
- Oversee tracking implementation across campaigns, events and conversion points
- Deliver clear reporting with actionable insights
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution
- Support knowledge sharing and upskilling within the paid media team
Engagement
6 months fixed term contract, with potential for extension thereafter dependent on business needs.
