  • Support structured cabling activities to ensure installations meet defined standards.

  • Execute approved change activities in live production environments in accordance with change management procedures.

  • Provide on-site support to Systems and Network Engineering teams during deployments and maintenance windows.

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of experience working in a production data center environment.

  • Hands-on experience deploying and supporting server hardware.

  • Experience replacing hardware components such as drives, RAM, CPUs, motherboards, and power supplies.

  • Familiarity with asset management tracking and reporting.

  • Understanding of vendor RMA processes.

  • Strong understanding of data center operational best practices.

  • Working knowledge of change management principles in online production environments.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.

  • Comfortable working in hands-on environments, including lifting and racking equipment up to 50 lbs unassisted.
