Role Overview

Reporting into the Distribution Manager, you will be involved in the daily delivery and collections of Wattbikes across the UK. This includes reliability and due diligence in contacting customers, customer experience is absolutely core to this role and the successful candidate will be an ambassador for the Wattbike brand when out on the road. This role will require a significant amount of driving each week and will incorporate some anti-social hours. This role will also include some work in the factory dependent on demand. This role usually involves paid overtime. Full training will be given on the servicing and installation of Wattbikes.

 

Key responsibilities

·        Delivery, collection and servicing of Wattbikes at locations throughout the UK

·        Installation of new Wattbikes

·        Providing a great service to our customers - being friendly, helpful and efficient, and keeping the customer up to date on arrival times

·       Completion of delivery reports as required and ensuring a flow of communication as needed with the wider internal Operations team

·        Ensuring the company vehicle is well maintained and clean, ready for the next delivery.
