Qualifications: Previous dental experience Required Customer Service experience Required Excellent typing, charting, and using the computer Required Outstanding positive attitude and demeanor Applicants must be dependable and on time to work every day Willing to go the extra mile to help patients and fellow colleagues Experience using Open Dental a plus Responsibilities: Contact incoming leads received from multiple marketing sources and educate patient on All-on-X and All-on-4 implant procedure. Contact VA patients to schedule them for appointments. Contact incoming leads received from multiple marketing resources to schedule them for a complimentary consultation Ensure traveling arrangements, medical clearance, pharmacy prescriptions and finances are completed prior to surgery. Follow up with patients post surgery. Provide outstanding customer service for the patient Help maintain doctors' schedule and patient flow; create no patient wait time; maintain time flexibility for patient; be present, engaged, ready to work at all assigned shift times. Review patient chart prior to doctor arrival and log appropriate patient data during exam and treatment as well as transcribe doctor notes in patient chart Education & Experience
High school or equivalent (Required) Dental office: 2 years (Required)
